We are passionate about our people and every year we invest heavily in our front-line worker pay, in line with the Living Wage increase each April.

This means that from 1st April 2026, our payrate for this role will be increasing to £13.12ph.

Part Time (24hrs pw) Support Worker required for our Supported Living Service in Great Sankey, WA5.

Day Shifts - 8am to 8pm or Nights - 8pm to 8am

Applicants must hold full UK Driving License for this position as you will be required to escort/accompany the people we support to appointments and social activities.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

You will be supporting a 34‑year‑old woman who is autistic, has learning disabilities, and presents occasional verbal challenging behaviour.

She is very mobile, independent, and enjoys an active lifestyle.

Activities include: - Getting out and about in the community - Driving to local places (holding a Full UK drivers licence for this role is essential)

Walking and exploring - Visiting the library and reading books - Enjoying museums and other local attractions

This is a 24‑hour support role, daytime hours included, shifts will be 8am till 8pm, and 8pm till 8am nights
