DescriptionSUMMARY: The Resettlement Resource Coordinator (RRC) is responsible for advancing the objectives and performance targets of the POWIR grant (Parishes Organized to Welcome Immigrants and Refugees). This position strengthens community engagement, expands parish and volunteer networks, increases in-kind donations, and raises public awareness of the refugee resettlement program throughout the Richmond region.
This position is grant-funded and scheduled to end September 29, 2026.

Cultivates positive relationships with volunteers, parish partners, community leaders, and stakeholders.

Maintains accurate electronic and paper records related to volunteer engagement, outreach activities, donations, and grant reporting.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving, oral, and written skills
QualificationsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree required with one year of related experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment is favorable.
