Brandenburg Outreach is seeking <\/span>compassionate, dependable individuals<\/b> <\/span>to serve as <\/span>Direct Care Staff or Interns<\/b> <\/span>at our Women’s Center. This role provides <\/span>daily residential support, supervision, and mentorship<\/b> <\/span>in a <\/span>Christ -centered recovery program<\/b>.

This position is ideal for individuals who feel called to serve in a faith -based environment and support women in recovery through structure, accountability, and encouragement.

Responsibilities
<\/h5>
Provide direct care, supervision, and encouragement to residents
<\/li>Support daily routines, structure, and program expectations
<\/li>Help maintain a safe, respectful, and structured living environment
<\/li>Assist with devotionals, prayer times, and group activities
<\/li>Model healthy boundaries, accountability, and positive decision -making
<\/li>Support program activities, events, and daily operations
<\/li>Assist with light administrative tasks and facility upkeep
<\/li>Communicate effectively with leadership regarding resident needs
<\/li><\/ul><\/span>
