C² Technologies seeks an Instructional Training Technologist to provide instructional technology support to instructors and students in using multimedia and innovation lab technologies. The position will focus on the technical aspects of training, while applying instructional strategies and techniques to enhance the learning experience. This is an onsite or hybrid position.
Summary:
The Instructional Training Technologist will design, develop, and deliver training programs for instructors and students, incorporating instructional technologies and innovative teaching tools. The position requires a strong technical mindset and the ability to troubleshoot and support technology-based training environments.
Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for multimedia and eLearning technologies.

Develop and deliver training on instructional technology tools.

Design and implement training programs for staff and instructors.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to training technology.

Support the implementation of new and emerging instructional technologies.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a field related to formal training pedagogy.

Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional technology.

Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Experience training staff and instructors on the use of technology in training.
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
-
Experience with mobile learning platforms and responsive design frameworks.

Knowledge of HTML and learning management systems.

Experience with video teleconferencing and social learning tools.
Tools & Software:
-
Learning management systems (LMS).
-
eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate).

Video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Adobe Connect).
Knowledge & Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of instructional technologies.

Ability to design and deliver training using innovative technology tools.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
