Position Overview
One Vision is seeking a detail-oriented, strategic Project Manager to join our Project Management Office. This role is responsible for coordinating and guiding key organizational projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with established project management standards.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, along with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. This position plays a critical role in supporting organizational growth, process improvement, and technology advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight & Execution

Partner with department project leads to define goals, assign responsibilities, and maintain project management standards throughout the lifecycle.

Serve as the central point of contact for project participants.

Identify and address potential issues, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely execution.

Maintain accountability structures to keep projects on track.
Budget & Resource Management

Assist in procuring necessary resources and materials.
-
Monitor and maintain systems for tracking project costs.

Support on-time and on-budget project completion.
Scheduling & Documentation
-
Maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
-
Schedule regular project meetings and document decisions.

Develop and update project workplans.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.

Maintain project libraries, records, and reporting systems.
Risk Analysis & Continuous Improvement

Analyze risks and project data to identify lessons learned.

Drive post-project reviews and share insights across the organization.

Conduct workflow analyses and support process improvement initiatives.
Technology & Research
-
Assist in research, discovery, and evaluation of software and technology solutions.

Collaborate with external IT and IS providers and understand their processes and impact on organizational operations.

Support IT/IS and technology-based projects; AI experience is a plus.
Training & Support

Provide training in project management principles and One Vision's project management methodology.

Complete all required training.

Support special duties during public health emergencies as needed.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
-
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.

Minimum of three years of successful project management experience.

Formal project management training preferred.
-
Experience within a Project Management Office environment preferred.

Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.

Experience with traditional, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.

Strong technology proficiency, particularly with IT/IS projects.

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to address difficult decisions constructively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Performance Expectations
Success in this role will be measured by:

On-Time & On-Budget Completion: Less than 5% variance between planned and actual timelines and budgets.

Project Documentation: 100% completion of required project artifacts (charter, plan, closeout, etc.).

Objective Fulfillment: 100% of original project objectives met at close.

Scope & Change Management: All scope changes documented and approved; scope creep limited to less than 10% of planned work hours.

Stakeholder Satisfaction: Strong post-project satisfaction scores on stakeholder surveys.
