CapellaBay, a 133 bed residential aged care facility located in the heart of Capalaba. The quiet waters of the Bay are a haven for boating and fishing enthusiasts, as well as family day’s out and shopping centres, schools and medical centres are just around the corner from the residence.
The Role
Bolton Clarke Capella Bay is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Lifestyle Assistant to join our team.
This permanent part time position (approximately 20 hours per week) is ideal for someone who is passionate about enriching the lives of older Australians through meaningful activities and social interaction.
- Support our Lifestyle team in planning and running recreational programs
- Engage with residents to create a fun, vibrant and inclusive environment
- Contribute to residents’ wellbeing through companionship and participation in activities

About You
- Previous experience working in aged care
- Must be available and willing to work some weekends
- Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is highly desirable
- Current First Aid Certificate (with CPR)
- Ability to build positive relationships and actively involve residents in daily programs
- You’ll also have a genuine passion to work with the elderly
- Fabulous communication and team work skills and basic computer skills
- Complete a police check
