Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Full-Time: 37.5 Hours per Week | Non-Exempt
Locations: Danbury, Ridgefield, Brookfield, and New Milford, CT
Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour

What You'll Do
- Support individuals in achieving their personal goals at home, at work, and in the community
- Help build independence through daily living skills, financial literacy, and social development
- Assist individuals at volunteer or job sites while promoting confidence and positive work habits
- Plan fun, engaging, and meaningful community activities
- Provide safe and reliable transportation to programs, jobs, and appointments
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
- Document progress and communicate effectively with team members, families, and partners

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred)
- Valid Connecticut driver's license with reliable transportation and active auto insurance
- Willingness to transport individuals (mileage reimbursement may apply, if applicable)
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and assisting individuals as needed
- Ability to perform physical interventions (training provided)
