What We’re Looking For:<\/u><\/b>
<\/div>5+ years in customer service, technical support, or similar roles
<\/span><\/li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
<\/span><\/li>Experience with AI tools or processes
<\/span><\/li>Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
<\/span><\/li>Familiarity with ITSM platforms (FreshService, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
<\/span><\/li>Proficiency with Windows and Apple systems
<\/span><\/li>Excellent communication, organization, and remote -work skills
<\/span><\/li>Ability to manage multiple projects independently and confidentially
<\/span><\/li>Willingness to travel<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>What You’ll Do<\/u><\/b>
<\/div>Research, evaluate, and recommend software tools that meet team needs
<\/span><\/li>Onboard new services and guide users toward successful adoption
<\/span><\/li>Build strong relationships with internal users through regular check -ins
<\/span><\/li>Provide product support and manage incident tickets, escalating when needed
<\/span><\/li>Track usage and feedback to identify improvement or consolidation opportunities
<\/span><\/li>Collaborate with IT and other support teams as a liaison
<\/span><\/li>Develop training materials, documentation, and knowledge resources
<\/span><\/li>Help teams implement and maintain AI tools and workflows
<\/span>
