The Senior Philanthropy Specialist is a key member of the Development Department responsible for supporting the execution of fundraising and donor engagement initiatives through effective campaign coordination, CRM management, and data-driven reporting.
This role oversees the day-to-day administration and optimization of the organization's constituent relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity, accurate gift processing, timely donor acknowledgments, and reliable reporting. The Senior Philanthropy Specialist plays a critical operational role in implementing individual giving campaigns, supporting stewardship efforts, and analyzing performance metrics to inform fundraising strategy.
Working closely with the Director of Philanthropy and Development Team, this position helps execute fundraising plans with defined goals and timelines to sustain and grow individual donor support. This role reports directly to the Director of Philanthropy.
