Join Our Bank Team – Support Worker Role

Location: Runcorn
Shifts:

Early Bird: 07:00 – 09:00 (for staff finishing sleepover shift)
Long Day + Sleepover: 09:00 – 22:00 (Sleepover is 22:00 – 07:00)

About the Role

We’re looking for confident, experienced male Support Workers to join our Bank team supporting a sociable and independent gentleman who loves walks, bowling, and a good chat over tea!

What you’ll need:
✔ Experience with challenging behaviour
✔ MAPA & EFA training (or willingness to learn)
✔ Patience, positivity, and confidence to handle tricky moments calmly
