The Facilities Support role is responsible for, but not limited to, the overall cleanliness of the House, including vacuuming, mopping, tidying the kitchens, laundry and room turnovers as per established standards.
This is a casual position based out of the Calgary Ronald McDonald House. The schedule may include evening and weekend shifts. Shifts are typically 2pm-8pm or 9am-3pm. Flexibility to fill in open shifts on a as needed basis would be.
The Facilities Support role is essential to creating a safe, welcoming, and dignified home environment for families staying at Ronald McDonald House Alberta during some of the most stressful periods of their lives. By maintaininghigh standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across guest rooms and shared spaces, this role directly supports family well‑being, public health requirements, and the overall comfort of the House. Behind the scenes, Facilities Support ensures that families can focus on what matters most—the care and recovery of their child—while experiencing a true “home away from home.”
