We're looking for a Support Worker for 30 hours per week to help people live independently in their own homes in the Scottish Borders.

We’re recruiting Support Workers to join our outreach team in Jedburgh, Selkirk, Hawick and surrounding towns. You’ll support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live independently and thrive in their communities.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting with medication, personal care, and daily routines
- Helping people manage their homes and finances

No experience? No problem!
Whether you’re new to care or already a seasoned Support Worker, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to succeed. All you need is:
- A UK driving licence
- Access to your own car
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
We are passionate about our people and every year we invest heavily in our front-line worker pay, in line with the Living Wage increase each April. This means that from 1st April 2026, our payrate for this role will be increasing to £13.86 per hour
