Fenwick is excited to offer an internship opportunity supporting our Social Impact and Pro Bono teams. In this role you will work closely with team members to support a variety of administrative, communications, and project-based initiatives.
Job Description:
The Social Impact and Pro Bono Intern will support a range of day-to-day activities, including drafting communications such as newsletters, announcements, and event invitations, and creating basic graphics for internal materials. You will help track and compile data related to pro bono clinics and internal reporting, while also maintaining databases, files, and records such as meeting notes and spreadsheets. Additionally, you will assist with planning and coordinating volunteer events, including scheduling and logistics, and use AI tools to support workflow efficiency. You may also provide general administrative and project support as needed.
This internship can be based in our Silicon Valley, San Francisco, or Seattle offices and offers a hybrid schedule, requiring at least one day on-site per week in office, with the possibility of additional in-office days as needed based on business and client demands. This role is non-exempt and may be full-time or part-time depending on availability and business needs. The internship is expected to run through Summer 2026.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college degree program (all majors welcome)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with AI tools is a plus
- Collaborative and eager to learn in a professional environment

The anticipated range for this position is:
$1 - $1,500,000
Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
