Overview:
Sentara Health invites candidates to apply for theSentara Administrative Fellowship Programbeginning in June 2027. This nationally competitive program seeks individuals withstrong communicationand management skills who aim to complement their graduate education within a leading integrated healthcare organization.
The fellowship is based within Sentara Health, with many experienceslocatedin Hampton Roads, Virginia.
The Sentara Administrative Fellowship is a two-year program that provides fellows with the opportunity to support strategic and operational initiatives across the enterprise through rotational and project-based experiences.
Fellows contribute to team-based projects, conduct research and analysis, andassistin implementing key initiatives while gaining exposure to diverse operational areas. Fellows also engage with leadership through Board meeting attendance and small-group discussions with leaders across the organization.
