NDIS | Child Safety | Disability Services | Leadership Role
Lead care delivery. Manage complex clients. Drive compliance and team performance.
We’re looking for an experienced Care Planning Manager / Practice Leader to oversee care planning, compliance, and frontline teams across Child Safety and Disability clients in the Central & Southern Gold Coast.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can manage risk, complexity, and people , not just coordinate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead care planning and service delivery for clients with complex needs
- Manage and support a team of Support Workers (disability & child safety)
- Oversee incident management, reporting, and risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards & Child Safety requirements
- Conduct client assessments and review care plans
- Provide staff supervision, coaching, and training
- Work with health professionals on complex care and behaviour support
- Participate in an after-hours on-call roster
About You - Experience in disability services, child protection, or case management
- Strong understanding of NDIS, compliance, and incident management
- Confident leading teams in high-risk or complex environments
- Able to make decisions, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes
Qualifications / Requirements: - Degree in Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, Human Services or similar
- QLD Driver Licence
- Blue Card + NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR
- LCS2 (or willingness to obtain)
