Northcott is looking for Support Worker's to work across our Dapto In‑Home & Community Services on a casual basis.
About The Role:
You will empower people with disability to live as independently and confidently as possible through skill‑building, wellbeing support, and community inclusion.
In this role, you will:

Deliver person-centred support that promotes independence, confidence, and wellbeing.

Assist with personal care tasks while maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect.

Support mobility and safe manual handling using hoists and assistive equipment.

Follow individualised care plans, including support for complex health needs (e.g. epilepsy, wound care).

Prepare nutritious meals and support safe mealtime practices aligned with care plans.

Encourage and enable participation in daily living tasks such as household activities.

Facilitate community access, including social outings, appointments, and recreational activities.

Build positive, trusting relationships with customers, families, and support networks.

Monitor and report on customer progress, changes, and wellbeing.

Maintain a safe environment by following health, safety, and risk management procedures.
