Responsible for successfully implementing the annual giving programs, including We Are Woman’s Employee Giving campaign, direct mail, Grateful Patient, and Tribute Program. Responsible for recruiting and retaining volunteers, as needed, for annual giving programs and cultivation and stewardship of annual giving and major gift donors within individual portfolios. Handles coordination of communications for the development department.
Requirements:
- Requires a degree from an accredited college or university.
- Five or more years experience in fundraising, project and campaign management and grant writing, preferred.
- CFRE required or eligible within three years.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Annual Giving Campaign: plans, directs and implements strategy and support of Annual Giving Campaign (for leadership gifts of $1,000+) to meet goals and financial targets, including establishing appropriate campaign organizational structure to meet goals
- Major and Planned Giving: assist Chief Development Officer with the identification, cultivation and solicitation of major and planned gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations; manage a portfolio by developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with donors and create strategy to cultivate annual donors to major and planned gift donors
- Responsible for Employee Campaign: plans, directs and implements strategy and supports Employee Campaign to meet goals and financial targets, including establishing appropriate campaign organizational structure to meet goals; recruits and manages volunteers/volunteer structure to lead the campaign
- Responsible for Tribute Giving Program: responsible for development and implementation of tribute giving programs to meet goals and financial targets; ensures tribute envelopes and brochures are updated regularly and placed around the hospital for maximum exposure.
- Responsible for Donor Recognition Program: plans and oversees all recognition of annual giving donors and volunteers to include any events that are planned to honor annual donors

$47,600 - $76,000
