Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Driver is responsible for driving and transportation related assignments in assigned work units, and also responsible for preparing the sales delivery plan and carrying out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas to hit the sales target.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform all driving duties for the project to ensure punctual transportation of personnel, documents, and products;
- Maintain vehicle logbooks;
- Ensure that an acceptable standard of cleanliness and comfort is maintained on vehicle;
- Carry out minor repairs to faults on vehicle;
- Maintain vehicle and alert administration staff of required professional maintenance;
- Prepare sales delivery plan and make sure to deliver product on time;
- Support to the trade promotion, merchandising activities, and events activities;
- Responsible for cash collection/ payment when required;
- Monitor and track sell in and sell out (stock balance) in the trade;
- Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials; and
- Maintain sales activities records and prepare sales reports;
Qualifications
- Must have high school level education (Preferable for Bachelor Degree);
- Should have relevant experience in Driving and Sales for 3-5 years;
- Must possess a valid driving license;
- Must be able to drive different types of vehicles both in Yangon and on highways;
- Must have a good track record of experience as a ‘Sales Driver’;
- Must have adequate knowledge of the principles and mechanics of motor cars;
- Excellent communication skills, organizational and leadership ability, problem-solving attitude, dynamic, proactive and passionate at work are required;
