Job Description:
Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Screening, Sanctions and Human Rights specialist (f/m) to join our Export Control Program team based in Marignane, France.
You will be part of a team developing the Airbus Helicopters (AH) Export Control Compliance Program, in co-location with the AH Export Control operational team. You will work in close coordination with AH Business Functions (Sales, Support & Services, Procurement ...) to support their operations.

Your challenges consist in:
Ensuring the business is implemented in compliance with the Screening, Sanctions and Human Rights regulations and the Airbus' policies. Implementing processes in compliance with Airbus policies.
Monitoring and assessing the impact of the Screening, Sanctions and Human Rights regulations on the business.
Supporting the KYC (Know your Customer) and KYS (Know your Supplier) processes. Be part of the screening process related to companies and individuals. Reviewing shareholders, directors and diversion risks in line with Airbus policies.
Performing Sanctions and Human Rights screening in the Airbus screening tool. Identifying alerts and dealing with them in compliance with Airbus policies.
Reviewing transactions with Export Control/ Human Rights sanctioned countries and parties in compliance with Airbus Directives and Methods.
Working in close proximity with the Export Control Program Office Screening and Sanctions Team to ensure harmonization, compliance and escalate red flags or business issues.
Providing legal support in relation to contract wording and negotiations.
Delivering Screening, Sanctions and Human Rights training to business functions in line with the training strategy.
Implementing KPIs and reports on the activities.
Your mission also encompasses contribution to any specific action plan set-up to accelerate AH Sanctions and Human Rights compliance, and PMO tasks as necessary.
Your profile:
5 years of professional experience in Legal or in Export Control
Legal background
Experience on sanctions and export controls requirements and its application into the business.
Knowledge of US, EU and national sanctions and export control rules and regulations generally.
Writing skills and communication skills.
Good English level
