Compensation: $33.00/hour (plus $0.50/hour for bilingual Spanish)
Hours: Regular full-time (40 hours/week)

NeighborImpact Weatherization Program Overview
The NeighborImpact Weatherization Program delivers energy-saving repairs, improvements, and items to clients in Crook, Deschutes, Hood River, Jefferson, Sherman and Wasco Counties as well as the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. Typically, the program serves 100 low-income households each year. Additionally, the program offers Energy Education workshops that are open to the entire community.
Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The Weatherization Auditor is responsible for conducting home energy audits, final inspections, and contractor relations within the program service area. The role involves extensive fieldwork, technical training, client education, and documentation, ensuring that projects meet program standards and technical specifications. This position requires strong knowledge in residential construction, weatherization processes, and proficiency in audit tools like REM/Design. Regular travel, both within and outside the service area, is necessary. This role also demands excellent communication and organization skills and the ability to manage workload efficiently.
