What Youâll Do:Â
- Assist individuals with goals including independent living activities, personal care, meal preparation, academics and work readiness. Â
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and recreational outings. Â
- Implement individualized service plans and behavioral support plans. Â
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes. Â
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and self-esteem. Â
- Ensure the safety and well-being of people supported at all times.
Qualificationsđ What You Need to Get Started:Â
- High School Diploma or GEDÂ
- Covid VaccinatedÂ
- Must be certified in:Â
- CPR/First AidÂ
- SCIP-R (crisis management)Â
- A big heart, clear communication skills, and a can-do attitude!Â
â Bonus Points If You Have:Â
- 1+ year working with people with developmental disabilitiesÂ
- Experience in residential or health-related settingsÂ
- Strong teamwork and documentation skillsÂ
