POSITION SUMMARY:
Successfully promote and support the mission of Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas as guided by the Catholic Social Teachings. The Marketing Manager leads a team and assists with the agency-wide marketing and brand strategies that strengthen awareness, engagement, donor support and revenue growth across Catholic Charities’ 25+ programs, special events and social enterprises. This role partners closely with the VP of Marketing & Communications to advance organizational priorities, steward the agency’s brand and lead integrated marketing initiatives across multiple platforms and departments. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead, mentor and develop the Marketing team, fostering the creativity, accountability, collaboration and professional growth while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Assist with the agency’s digital communications strategy, including e-newsletters, website content and stakeholder messaging.
- Write dynamic content for programs, special events and social enterprises designed to educate, engage and appreciate key stakeholders, including donors and volunteers.
- Lead the social media content strategy for Catholic Charities and its social enterprises, integrating all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (twitter) and YouTube; monitor and analyze growth and engagement.
- Support the marketing strategy by assisting with the planning and execution of key marketing deliverables to support annual revenue-generating signature events and any additional fundraising, recognition and community engagement events.
- Manage the day-to-day volume of marketing requests across the agency.
- Collaborate with teams across the agency to identify upcoming marketing needs and support strategic planning during the annual budget process.
- Manage vendor relationships and invoices.
