An exciting opportunity with Hartley Lifecare is now available for a House Supervisor to support clients in their own home and to access the community.
Role: House Supervisor
Hour: 72 hours per fortnight
The position is 72 hours per fortnight in the following roster:
Week 1: Thurs: 10 am – 8 pm, Fri: 4 pm – 10 pm + S/O, Mon: 6 am – 2 pm, Wed: 7 am – 3:30 pm.
Week 2: Thurs: 6 am – 3 pm, Fri: 4:30 pm – 10 pm + S/O, Sat: 6 am – 12 pm, Sun: 2 pm – 10 pm + S/O, Tues: 6 am – 2 pm, Wed: 6 am – 9 am.
The ideal candidates will have strong demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills in the disability sector, excellent communication and the ability to work hands on alongside their team to achieve positive outcomes for the people they support. It will be an advantage for you to have qualifications in leadership and management.
