What You'll Do
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children
- Lead daily activities including games, arts & crafts, STEM, outdoor play, homework support, and enrichment
- Supervise children while ensuring compliance with NYS OCFS regulations
- Coach and support program staff
- Build positive relationships with families, school staff, and your YMCA team
- Help create a program where every child feels welcomed, supported, and encouraged

Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or at least 18 college credits in a related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of professional childcare experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for working with children and helping them succeed
