He aha te tūranga - About the role:
At Hato Hone St John, we use Salesforce as the primary CRM platform to support a vast range of services from training and donations to supporter engagement and medical alarms. We’re looking for an experienced and certified Salesforce Administrator to provide hands-on Salesforce administration across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, so as to support the efficient day to day operation of the platform and identify opportunities for improvement. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities include:
Provide Salesforce administration and configuration, so as to support the continuation of day to day business operations.
Champion and drive platform improvements with the goal to resolve ongoing problems.
Assist with design and undertake builds and configuration of Salesforce solutions that meet both architectural and business requirements, primarily across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Run requirements gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear user stories, process maps and configuration requirements.
Test your own work and support user acceptance testing.
Perform data integrity and reconciliation tasks (imports, exports, queries, mass updates).
You’ll also build strong, credible relationships across the organisation, working with colleagues and system users to understand their needs, provide informed advice, and deliver solutions that make a genuine impact.
