Support the agency mission by providing hope and healing to those impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and child maltreatment by:
Administration
- Maintain confidential and accurate, up to date client, stakeholder, intern, and volunteer records, program and agency records in agency databases, which may include CSN, Raiser's Edge, Financial Edge and payroll system.
- Adhere to agency and program procedures concerning documentation, Critical Incident Reports, and Client Satisfaction Surveys, and participate in the Quality Assurance process.
- Prepare and submit monthly cost reports to funders ensuring correct coding and compliance, while adhering to each funders due date.
- Analyze incoming invoices and other liabilities to ensure proper coding to applicable grants and programs. Enter into Financial Edge and submit in a timely manner each week, to ensure they are included in the weekly AP run with Shared Services.
- Monitor budgets for government grants. Inform Director of Grant Administration and Finance when funds are running low.
- Work with Director of Grant Administration and Finance to develop and request budget adjustments.
- Assist Director of Grant Administration and Finance in the submission of all programmatic-related grant reports when needed.
- Manage agency gift card inventory.
- Assist with payroll.
- Serve as back up for depositing agency checks.
- Perform ad hoc accounting functions in support of Agency goals.
Stewardship
- Increase awareness of victimization, prevention, and available resources through public speaking and media requests as assigned by supervisor.
- Participate in community meetings and committees as assigned by supervisor.
- Promote and maintain professional relationships with agency staff, volunteers, interns, stakeholders, and community partners.
Professional Development
- Contribute to quality of services by staying informed of best practices, developments and trends in the area of trauma and victimization, especially as it relates to intimate partner violence, sexual violence, and child maltreatment.
- Maintain and develop skills and knowledge by attending training and ensure licensure and certifications are up to date as needed for the job.
Contribute to agency effectiveness by performing other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Experience
Preferences: Experience with grant administration and reporting. Some accounting experience and/or accounting coursework. Experience with payroll.
Language: Spanish speaking a plus-If hired as a Spanish speaking employee, employee must be fluent in understanding, speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish.
Physical Requirements
