Supporting a respected non -profit company within the dance and arts sector, this part -time position ensures the financial stability and compliance of the entity<\/span><\/span>. <\/span> <\/span>The focus of the position will be on maintaining accurate financial records, processing compliance submissions, and managing grant reporting<\/span><\/span>. Hybrid, 12 hours per week (two 6 hour days or three mornings per week). R8 000 per month, fixed duration contract till March 2027 with possibility of renewal. <\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

Provide comprehensive financial management and bookkeeping support tailored to the NGO and arts sector<\/span><\/span>.<\/span>

Track budgets effectively and generate detailed financial reports<\/span><\/span>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Manage compliance administration and process all necessary SARS submissions<\/span><\/span>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Update and maintain the organisational asset register<\/span><\/span>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Prepare and oversee accurate grant reporting<\/span><\/span>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Assist management with the initial setup of PAYE and UIF<\/span><\/span>.<\/span>

Manage all invoicing processes accurately and efficiently<\/span><\/span>.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Demonstrated knowledge of core bookkeeping principles<\/span>.<\/span>

Quickbooks, Excel and MS Office experience<\/span>

Practical experience in financial management within an NGO or arts environment highly desirable<\/span><\/span>
