As a Project Manager supporting our Care strategy at Stand Together Foundation, you’ll join a highly engaged network of social sector leaders and staff who are focused on building and executing a plan for engaging innovative partners with the goal of developing solutions that help people learn, contribute, and realize their full potential – creating lives of meaning and fulfillment. The ideal Project Manager understands the vision of a project and breaks that down into goals, timelines, and deliverables. This individual will be involved in ensuring projects and initiatives connect back to Stand Together Foundation’s vision, has the right buy-in from stakeholders, and execute successfully. An example of projects you'll help lead includes working with CarePortal, Love Has No Limits, as well as other organizations aimed at cultivating strong and safe communities. Stand Together helps social entrepreneurs supercharge their efforts to help people improve their lives. We connect them with passionate partners and the resources necessary to make a greater difference. Through our philanthropic community, we tackle some of the nation's biggest challenges so that every person has the opportunity to realize their extraordinary potential.
