Program Associate, Learning & Knowledge Management (Hybrid in Durham, NC, Chicago, IL or Washington, DC)
Program Associates of Learning and Knowledge Management are early career professionals with a passion for learning and development (L&D) who support training delivery and knowledge management initiatives for Partner Solutions (PS).
This role is situated within the Learning & Knowledge Management team under Operational Excellence and plays a crucial role in coordinating the delivery of training programs aimed at developing employee skills, knowledge, and performance. It requires strong organizational skills and collaboration to ensure the successful execution of training initiatives that help to foster positive and impactful learning experiences across various teams within PS.
Essential Responsibilities
Learning & Development Delivery
- Assist in the creation, editing and storage of training materials, presentations, and resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and training facilitators on instructional design to ensure training content is relevant and aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage access to learning delivery systems such as the sandbox and provide technical support when necessary.
- Act as a point of contact for training participants, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development anchored in equity & belonging (E&B) and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and feedback analysis.
- Stay up to date with L&D best practices and emerging trends in the industry to enhance the organization’s learning strategy.
Knowledge Management
- Contribute to the implementation, improvement and maintenance of knowledge management processes and tools.
- Adopt established workflows to ensure learning knowledge is disseminated.
Administrative Support
- Assist in the coordination and logistics of training delivery for Onboarding and other ongoing professional development programs for PS, including scheduling and communication.
- Perform routine data maintenance on training attendee participation and engagement to identify themes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to centralize data on L&D program completion.
Other Responsibilities
- Support the development of more efficient processes, systems, and technology as assigned.
- Contribute to the achievement of team initiatives and internal projects as assigned.
- Participate in internal and external trainings related to industry best practices and internal policies and procedures.
To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Need
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
- High attention to detail and process oriented
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage towards multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use available resources and feedback to continually pivot, adapt and grow
- Effective collaboration skills and team player
- Ability and understanding of how to use Microsoft Office Suite and CRM database management
- Ability to work inclusively and collaboratively with diverse teams and audiences
Preferred
- Previous internship or entry level experience in the L&D field
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is a plus, but not required
- Appreciation for efficient processes and a desire for continuous improvement

Working with Us
While this position must be based in Durham, NC, Chicago, IL or Washington, DC, please note that all Arabella Advisors’ offices have reopened, and we work in a hybrid environment.

Total Rewards (compensation and benefits)
This is a full-time position. We offer a competitive and holistic total rewards package that includes salary, bonus, and benefits. Our compensation ranges are based on salary ranges for similar sized organizations in the professional services sector and adjusted for local labor market rates and differentiated by geography.
Annual Pay Ranges for This Position
Durham: $52,000 - $58,000
Chicago: $55,000 - $60,000
DC: $57,000 - $64,000
All full-time staff are eligible for our generous benefits package on their first day of employment:
