We are looking for a motivated WorkBC Partner Relations Coordinator to join our Boundary Headquarters and Surrey team!
SUMMARY
The WorkBC Partner Relations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and administration of MOSAIC’s relationship with service providers for the delivery of WorkBC services.
POSITION FUNCTION:
DUTIES may include:
1. Accountability/Oversight
- Be familiar with MOSAIC’S vision, mission, values, strategic plan, and integrated client service delivery approach, program and/or project proposals and contracts, and your role in achieving the goals and contractual outcomes of the department.
2. Coordination
- Overall coordination and planning between MOSAIC services and WorkBC Centres where MOSAIC is a subcontractor.
- Ensure delivery of MOSAIC services are consistent and Professional.
- Ensure collection and preparation of program, project, or service information in a format suitable for submission to senior management.
3. Human Resources
- Supervise and support the work of team members who work at a WorkBC centre where MOSAIC is a subcontractor.
- Support the recruitment of team members who work at WorkBC centres where MOSAIC is a subcontractor.
- Ensure completion of performance evaluations and review and update of job descriptions for team members annually.
- Facilitate professional development for team members.
- Ensure implementation of MOSAIC’s policies and Procedures.
4. Financial Management
- Assist the Director and/or Senior Managers to prepare overall team budget and contract budgets.
- Ensure invoices are sent to contracting organizations by Finance as needed (monthly).
- Monitor contract budgets, cash flows, variances, financial statements, reports, and expense records.
- Assist the Director in providing financial information on request and during financials audits and monitors.
5. Community/Partner Relations
- With the Director and/or Senior Managers, identify and support opportunities to work in partnership with community organizations and stakeholders to support WorkBC Centre service delivery.
- Attend consultations, meetings, and conferences.
- Promote MOSAIC through participation in community committees, task forces, and inter‐agency networks.
6. Reporting
- Ensure timely, accurate completion of reports.
- Regularly inform the Director on the progress of contractual outputs and
- Compile reports and service statistics for the Director on emerging issues and community trends, developments, and client and funder‐related feedback.
7. Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge
Employment services, case management, financial and human resources management, familiarity with organizational policies, procedures and standards.
Education/Certifications
Post-secondary degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Skills/Abilities
Able to work independently and with a team.

Communication (public speaking, presentation) skills
Interpersonal skills

Experience
3 to 4 years of experience working in employment services; experience in project, human resources and financial management; working collaboratively with community partners; working with immigrant populations and/or diverse clients.

Current, satisfactory Criminal Record Check if required by policy, law and/or employment contract.
Access to a vehicle an asset.
HOURS:
Fulltime, 35 hours per week
The successful candidate may be permitted to work a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote work).
Candidate must be able to commute to Boundary Headquarters and/ or Surrey.
BENEFITS:
A competitive benefits package is provided with contracts of at least 1 year in length and which offer a minimum of 17.5 hours of work per week.
