Under the general direction of the agency's Director of Development and Community Outreach and AmeriCorps Seniors (ACS) program policy guidelines, the Seniors Program Manager is responsible for the development and operation of the ACS Foster Grandparent Program (FGP), Senior Companion Program (SCP) and One Township at a Time project; in coordination with the ACS Program Advisory Council and Leadership Team.
The Seniors Program Manager is responsible for the effective management of the ACS FGP and SCP and the One Township at a Time project. This includes supervising, training, and supporting program staff. This position ensures program compliance with federal, state, and local contracts and works with the Finance department to develop and maintain budgets for each program and funding source.
Annual Wage Range; $60,000.00-$72,000.00
Flexible work schedule after an initial training period that includes working in the office and out of the office.
