Your Role
As the Community Manager, your role is to build a thriving community of Nonprofit organizations and Tech companies in our AI for Changemakers accelerator program. You'll develop strategies to encourage collaboration, knowledge exchange, and peer support among participants and tech mentors. This involves connecting with AI mentors, hosting virtual meetups, curating helpful content, and fostering discussions. Your leadership will create an inclusive space where members can learn, grow, and work together effectively.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the vision, goals, and roadmap for the community of practice, aligning with the mission and objectives of the AI for Changemakers program.
- Cultivate a thriving and inclusive community by actively engaging with members, facilitating discussions, and encouraging participation in relevant activities and initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with NGOs, tech companies, experts, and stakeholders within the AI for Changemakers ecosystem to enhance the community's reach and impact.
- Be a connector between Tech To The Rescue, NGOs, experts, and other stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration across diverse groups.
- Track and analyze key metrics related to community engagement, participation, and impact, and use insights to optimize strategies and initiatives.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in community management, preferably within the tech or social impact sector.
- Experience in partnerships development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills (including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress).
- Full proficiency in English.
- Passion for technology, social innovation, and driving positive change in the world
NICE TO HAVE:
- Good understanding of the Nonprofit sector, with empathy towards their unique challenges and constraints.
- Experience in running an online community through one of the online tools (Slack / Discord / Telegram etc).
- Technical proficiency in AI, including familiarity with current trends, tools, and ethical considerations.
SALARY RANGE:
13.000 - 15.000 PLN gross monthly (employer gross on B2B or contract of mandate) - depending on the fit into requirements and experience.
