The Child Mind Institute is currently recruiting a Research Projects Coordinator for the Stavros Niarchos Global Center for Child and Adolescent Mental Health at the Child Mind Institute. This candidate will provide administrative oversight, and support in the planning, implementation and conduct of special projects and initiatives identified by program leadership. Projects will vary substantively in nature depending on priorities set by leadership at a given time, ranging from literature searches and behavioral data analysis, to research project development, coordination, and implementation; as such general administrative and analytic skillsets are required. The Research Projects Coordinator, SNF Global Center will report to the Managing Director, SNF Global Center. This is a non-exempt position in our NYC headquarters. Responsibilities: - Work collaboratively in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource requirements and deliverables.
- Understand and support global project goals including participant recruitment and quality assurance.
- Implement project protocols and operational plans, which are consistent with strategic objectives.
- Work with program leadership to refine and update project goals and scopes, as well as to ensure proper adherence to clinical and research regulations.
- Coordinate and participate in the acquisition and analysis of research data.
- Provide administrative assistance for research project operations.
- Supervise Junior Research Assistant when needed.

Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree required. Majors in neuroscience psychology, engineering, and computer science preferred.
- Minimum 2 years research experience in medical, clinical and/or research environment.
- Programming experience with one or more languages (Python, C++, R, Matlab) preferred.
- Experience with preparation, submission, and maintenance of IRB protocols.
- Strong knowledge of standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
