Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland is seeking compassionate, mission-driven, and dedicated candidates for our direct care Human Service Worker position. Located in Ashland and Wayne County this position will assist individuals identified through the Board of Developmental Disabilities by providing respite care and parenting education coaching by utilizing the Triple P Stepping Stones curriculum.

Catholic Charities, Ashland & Wayne County is dedicated to meeting the needs of individuals and their families by providing exceptional care and compassion. The individual in this position will provide in-home support, respite and coaching to a parent utilizing the evidence based Triple P Parenting Education curriculum.
What you will do:
- Provide in-home respite, support and parental coaching to individuals and their families that have been identified through the Ashland County Board of Developmental Disabilities and/or the Wayne County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
- Receive Triple P Stepping Stones Parenting education and utilize this training to offer parenting support interventions to parents or caregivers with a child who has a developmental disability.
- Complete documentation of interventions, reports to Board of DD and Catholic Charities, participate in meetings regarding the individual.
- This is an evolving program with exciting possibilities. Some duties will be determined as the program grows and expands.
