What your work will involve
The role of the ACT MyTime Playgroup Facilitator is to support the MyTime Coordinator to facilitate playgroups in the ACT.
You will be responsible for creating an inclusive environment for families with children with a disability, developmental delay or chronic medical condition.
The role will include developing meaningful relationships with children, families and the broader community; contributing to the implementation of the program in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards; delivering quality education programs tailored to meet the needs and interests of each child.
What you'll need to succeed
- Valid driver's license needs to be held
- Relevant experience and qualifications in Early Childhood Education and care and/or Community Services
- Hold a Working with Children Check
- Hold a Working with Vulnerable People Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Ability to follow WH&S and other policies
- Knowledge of and experience in implementing the Early Years Learning Framework
