Role
& Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to
the JEET project‘s implementation activities at the district
level
-
Interface with Public
Sector staff to ensure seamless implementation of project JEET
-
Engage with key
stakeholders who include the State PMU, the State/District TB
Officials, and community groups.

Represent the project
in any key district/City level TB meetings/Training
-
Provide strategy to
field level staff and ensure they achieve targets
-

Conduct monitoring
visits to validate a proport
-
ion
(as decided with the PR) of the key indicators reported
-
Assist field team in
solving day-to-day operational challenges
-
Conduct periodic
project reviews
-
Ensure team bonding
and coordination of activities
-
Participate in any
key district/City level TB meetings
-
Facilitate CMEs,
Training, and supervisory visits from the PR and State PMU
-
Provide logistic
management of LTBI drugs
-
Enter into agreements
with identified laboratories for X-rays
-
Develop of strategy
for program implementation and operational support for JEET
-
Provide handholding
and carry out team building activities
-
Plan
for personnel requirements including training along with
Supervisor and coordinate HR matters
As
the Point person you will be responsible for the following:

Function as the local
administrative head for the project and be the authorized
signatory/approver at the project level

Report to PR / SPMU
on the progress against the targets as per agreed timelines
-
Submit reports and
participate in national/state level reviews periodically as
per project requirement
-
Represent the
organization in external engagements
-
Postgraduate with
MSW/MPH/MBA with a background in life sciences and 5 years of
experience in NGOs
-
MS
Office Skills
-
Knowledge of
development principles, development sector landscape, and
technical sector updates
-
She/
he should have had at least 5 years of experience in the
development sector, managing a project
-
Building successful
collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-
Cross-cultural
experience for Health –added advantage
-
Experience in working
with the National TB/ HIV program in a managerial capacity
will be an advantage
-
Ability to manage and
drive field activity and willingness to be on the field for up
to 60% of the time
