We are looking for a full-time Support Worker to add to our team! All you need is a high school diploma or equivalent and/or previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families. An associate degree in a Human Services field may be substituted for experience! We will teach you the rest!
A Day in The Life as a Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you will provide support to Case Managers working with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. Support Workers may be asked to teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families, among other things. Support Workers work as part of a team to access resources, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of people’s lives.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, and who wants to help families in times of crisis to build on their strengths for healthy, long-lasting relationships by connecting them with community resources to improve their lives.
