·Responsible for opening up channels and partnerships for business in Brazil
·Develop the academia channel (Basic Education Schools, Vocational School, Colleges and Universities)
·Develop the Government channel
·Develop the Employer Channel in the areas of healthcare, retail, banking, hospitality, beauty, wellness, etc.
·Strategize to Expand the Business in Brazil – both segment wise and channel wise
·Responsible for identifying and implementing new business models.
·Determining platforms and channels suitable for the company’s business goals
·Signup with Edtech skilling platforms /employer platforms
·Representing Wadhwani Foundation with stakeholders (partner connect, employer connect, NGO connect and government connect)
·Creating employers network and Government channels across the country
Skills&Experience:
- 4+years of experience working in the Business Development, Account Management and operations
- Updated with the latest technologies, methodologies, and research within edTech and training domain
- Strong program and operations management
- Strong background in creating systems and processes.
- Strong communication skills and high EQ
- Complex problem solving and skills.
- Strategic/Innovative Thinker
- Open to travel across Brazil and work closely on the ground with different teams
- Attention to details.
- Drive team to meet objectives.
- Understanding of skilling ecosystem
- Experience to nurture and grow an account
