This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a good work-life balance.
As a Nonprofit Program Director, you'll provide total oversight and management to our dedicated staff and subcontracted NGO Service Providers, ensuring seamless case management, resource coordination, work readiness, and job development. Your keen eye for detail will ensure each department meets contractual goals, and your knack for continuous improvement will drive progress toward achieving even greater milestones. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to leverage services, monitor program outcomes, and develop operational systems for optimal efficiency. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!
- Bachelor's Degree in nonprofit management, social work, psychology, education, or related field
- 5+ years of management experience, including three years in a supervisory role, working with economically disadvantaged populations
- Experience in meeting contractual goals, workforce development, and educational initiatives
- Ability to navigate web-based systems and Microsoft Office programs
