This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.
The starting salary for this position ranges from $18.98 to $21.62/hour.
This position will be Tuesday - Saturday from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
Position Summary:
The Waitperson is responsible for the set-up, delivery and clean-up of the meal period for which he/she is responsible. The Waitperson is also responsible for providing service in a friendly and congenial manner.
The Parkview is a thriving senior living community consisting of 86 assisted living units and 19 private memory care units. The Parkview is a close-knit community that helps seniors enrich their lives and helps foster a sense of comfort, security and self-confidence.
Qualifications
Education:
High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D., preferred.
Training and Experience:
Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service establishment preferred. California Food Handler.
Job Knowledge:
Understanding of the philosophy of quality customer service and satisfaction.
The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, COVID test, TB screen test and health screen.
