Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Collaborate with leaders to create and execute affirmative action plans to ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data, generate reports, and analyze trends
- Provide guidance and support on FMLA and other leave management processes
- Communicate and interpret employment labor laws, company policies, and procedures to employees and managers
- Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process for new hires
- Collaborate with payroll providers such as Ceridian or ADP to ensure accurate processing of employee information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
- Experience with data analysis skills to identify trends and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software applications (ADP WFN)
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
