Benefits and Features:
- 180-240k /yr for Internal Medicine, 180-200k yr for Family Medicine, up to 11k in bonuses /yr
- 1 month and 2 weeks off per year – work only 10 months and 2 weeks a year
- NHSC loan repayment sites, score is 19
Description:
- 3 patients per hour seen – 80% are adults, 20% under 18 yrs old
- Mon-Fri 8-5, no call
- 4 days a week on site and 1 day week from home….can work 2-4 days per week from home (telehealth) if desired, but need at least 1 day a week on site in Chicago
Profile we need:
- Must speak Spanish at a 7 out of 10 score or better, many patients are older with hearing issues, and they only speak Spanish
- Someone aligned with their mission and values
- Someone good with EHR
- Must work well in teams – PCMH model – MAs, Receptionist, Care Coordinators, and Care Managers
