The Location
Glasshouse Views, a multi-award winning 99 bed residential aged care facility, located in in the heart of the Caloundra coastal hinterland.
The Job
- To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
- Support and care for residents as they age, and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
- Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
- Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
- Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents
You bring: experience in a similar role, great clinical skills, a genuine commitment to lead, coach and develop other care staff and a passion for making a difference.
