Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionistto work in our Stamford Location. This position will report to the Project Director/School Principal. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the school as well as to ongoing projects within the division of Education and Applied Behavioral Services.

Essential Functions of this role will be, but not limited to:
- Provides administrative support to the to the Leadership Team (Program Director, Administration, Clinical Supervisors)
- Assists with scheduling related to ongoing projects using Teams and Microsoft Outlook platforms
- Initiates or responds to correspondence with relevant parties as assigned
- Assists with the maintenance of records and databases
- Assists with scheduling of PPT’s, team meetings, tours of school, and interviews
- Answers phones and communicates daily with parents, districts, medical personnel, and related services
- Maintains inventory or ordering of supplies as needed
- Welcomes visitors to school and helps ensure safety by screening visitors at entry ways
- Manages copying and organization of files
- Prepares necessary materials for meetings and sends out reminders to staff
- Maintains data bases for tracking and generating reports as assigned
- Manages systems for collecting and tracking cash and expenses
- Prepares materials for beginning and end of school year
Requirements
- Associates Degree preferred plus two years experience providing Administrative Support or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience using multiple functions of Microsoft Word and Excel. I.e., formatting correspondence, utilizing mail merge, formatting spreadsheets utilizing various calculation methods, charting, and knowledge of organizing various modes of data
- Highly detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
Salary range for this position is $40,000 – $55,000
