Shift/Schedule: Monday Friday

Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical treatment services provided to clients of multiple programs. The position supports the work of Clinical Therapists, Case Managers, and other clinical roles by delivering comprehensive and individualized clinical care. The Clinical Supervisor develops and implements the clinical focus of our mission to manage, motivate, and follow through with client treatment planning and clinical services.

Essential Functions

Provide weekly group and individual supervision for the Dane County Care Center, Transitional Housing, Groups Homes, and Adult Residential Programs.
Collaborate with Program Supervisors and Directors to provide clinical supervision in accordance with state statutes for Community-Based Residential Facilities and programs licensed under DHS Chapter 75.
Periodically provide clinical treatment services directly to clients to cover Clinical Therapist’s paid leave time.
Explain the scope of the agency’s services and discuss the client’s rights and responsibilities in relation to their use of such services.
Sustain knowledge of individual client treatment plans.
