About the Position
PPP seeks a full-time Performance Analystwith strong quantitative skills to promote excellence through performance measurement, analysis, documentation reviews, report production, collecting participant feedback, and synthesizing and reporting information to guide management decisions, and being a thought partner to managers on operational and programmatic improvement.
This position will report to the Supervising Performance Analyst for Health and Wellness, and support all the programs in our Health and Wellness Branch including our mental health clinic, our health home care management team, our care coordination program for children in foster care, our home and community based services (HCBS) and our Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS). Together, these programs offer services to support the health, mental health, and overall wellbeing of the children we serve, most of whom have engagement with the child welfare system.
This position will conduct quantitative analysis on program performance in the health and wellness programs. The candidate will also have the ability to review, analyze, interpret and succinctly summarize information from diverse sources, including electronic health records, other databases, program documentation, and surveys.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collect and analyze operational, clinical and financial data, produce reports, and summarize and interpret information to guide programmatic decision-making and strengthen program performance.
- Support ongoing configuration, implementation, and optimal use of the electronic health records and other data systems that support service delivery.
- Conduct discrete analyses in partnership with program leadership to help managers better understand performance concerns and successes.
- Support Development through providing data for foundation reports and requests.
- Supporting program leadership and staff through ad hoc additional support that falls under the auspices of PPP functions.
- Assist with report development through partnership with program leadership and IT.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, public policy, or other related field preferred and at least one year of related experience.
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint a must.
- Experience conducting quantitative analysis, with a preference for experience with SQL or PowerBI.
- Experience with NYC behavioral or mental health services a plus.
- Willingness to travel throughout NYC, as needed.

Location
This position will be a hybrid position, able to work from any available Graham location in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the Bronx, and from remote locations, as per the agency’s hybrid work policy. This position must be available to participate in in-person meetings throughout New York City.
