Independent and Supported Living:
In our Independent Living Program, DSPs assist clients with a wide array of tasks to support them in their goals to be more independent, such as:

In the Supported Living program, Adjoin team members provide training and personal support services so that the individual may live in their own apartment or house fully integrated into the community. Traditionally, supported living services are best suited for individuals who prefer or require more comprehensive levels of regular and on-going support. This may involve assistance with personal care, home care, and meals.
Documentation:
DSPs are responsible for writing daily activity records for our clients in our electronic client management system. This is a critical duty that helps every member of the client’s support team communicate and collaborate to maximize the effectiveness of the services the client receives. A requirement of the DSP position is the ability to complete this documentation within the system and meet all appropriate deadlines.
