The Product Specialist role at Hamilton Robotics is an opportunity to work in an organization that focuses on innovation and develops some of the best laboratory products in the world. A primary focus will be learning all about our products and becoming the subject matter expert on Hamilton's market-leading automated liquid handling platforms. The Product Specialist is also a key contributor on day-to-day product support tasks, product development, and product training for the Hamilton sales/service network.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with the Product Manager to identify new market opportunities, develop and launch new products, and manage the existing portfolio.
- Be the point of contact for all product-related questions from internal and external sources.
- Assisting the Product Management and Engineering teams in product development projects and launches.
- Conduct sales and service training within the organization and associated channels/partners.
- Attend internal and external training for product strategy and development.
- Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff and other stakeholders.
- Assisting with the development and execution of product line business plans.
- Work with the MarCom group to develop customer-facing product marketing materials.
- Assist the Product Manager in achieving the revenue growth targets for the product portfolio.
- Other duties as assigned.
