1.Manages and maintains a clean and welcoming environment in our Wellness and Youth and Family Departments.
2.Develops, implements, and manages high-quality programs for the Wellness Department including, but not limited to group-exercise both in-person and virtual, personal training, boot camps, etc.
3.Develops, implements, and manages high-quality programs for the Youth and Family Department including, but not limited to Stay & Play hours and activities, Kids Night Out, gymnastics, dance, etc.
4.Establishes plans for the expansion of programs and services, in harmony with overall YMCA objectives and the leadership team.
5.Executes strategies to ensure that program participants connect with one another and connect with the YMCA.
6.Manages the budgeting process for the departments so that resources are devoted to top priorities and strategic objectives. Ensures operating budgets meet or exceed targets.
7.Builds relationships with members and guests.
8.Oversees the hiring, training, development, and supervision of staff.
9.Ensures the safety and maintenance of high-quality facilities, grounds, and equipment.
10.Other duties as assigned.
