What you’ll be doing
- Support trustee and committee meetings, including agendas, papers,minutesand action tracking
- Coordinate Small Grants Fund processes, including applications, monitoring,reportingand grant documentation
- Maintain accurate charity, applicant and programme records
- Support impact reporting by working with Social Value Advisors and other colleagues
- Respond to charity-related enquiries and signpost applicants and stakeholders where needed
- Support charity communications, events, fundraising activity and community benefit programmes
About you
We are looking for an organised, detail-focused individual who is confident working with a range of stakeholders. You will have proven administrative experience supporting charities and fundraising, with the ability to manage a varied workload, maintain accurate records, communicate clearly and produce reports. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and other IT systems is also essential.
Above all, we are looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy processes and wants to contribute to work that supports communities and creates social value.
